**2026 - 2027 Pre-Competition Payment Plan**

Company Pre-Payment Plan

• The Company Pre-Payment Plan is mandatory for all company members.
• Monthly pre-payments begin in July and continue during your company's designated payment months. Our hope is that this budget plan helps ease the cost of competition season.
• Pre-payment fees are charged per company. Dancers participating in multiple companies will have a separate monthly pre-payment for each company.
• Monthly pre-payments are applied toward:
  • Competition entry fees
  • Teacher travel expenses
• Dancers participating in multiple companies will also be responsible for an additional teacher travel fee for each company.
• Payments are due on or before the 10th of each scheduled month.
• A $10 late fee will be added to any payment received after the due date. No exceptions.
• Payments must be made by cash, check, or approved fundraising credits.
• Checks for company pre-payments must be separate from tuition payments.
• Families who participate in fundraising may apply earned credits toward competition balances, costumes, workshops, and other approved company expenses.
• Company pre-payments and competition entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
• Any remaining pre-payment balance after the competition season will be applied toward any outstanding recital costumes or tuition.
