2025/2026 Competition & Workshop Dates will be posted in August 2025.

**2025 - 2026 Pre-Competition Payment Plan**

Below you will see the mandatory Pre-Competition Payment Plan for ALL returning company members, which will kick off in July and continue monthly through January. Please note that the Mini Company ONLY, payments will begin in September.

**Payment Schedule: **
- **Sapphire, Diamond, Junior, Teen/Senior, and Senior/Senior Elite Companies: ** Payments will be made in six (6) installments during July, August, September, October, November, and January. (*No payments are due in December.)

- **Ruby, and Emerald Companies: ** Payments will be made in four (5) installments during July, August, September, October & November. (*No payments are due in December & January.)

-**Mini Company: ** Payments will be in (4) installments during September, October, November & January. (*No payments are due in December.)

The fees collected will be allocated to a separate account for each member, similar to a savings account, and will be applied to competition invoices. Please note that pre-competition payments cannot be used for workshops, competition costumes, or warm-up jackets.

**Payment Details: **
- Payments are due by the 10th of each month. A late fee of $10.00 will be added weekly for any payments not received by this date, with no exceptions.
- Payments must be made in cash or by check; credit cards are not accepted.
- If a member chooses to participate in multiple companies, additional payments will be required, and no discounts will be provided for multiple enrollments.

Fundraising contributions can be applied toward pre-competition payments, competition costumes, workshops, and other miscellaneous expenses. Please ensure that fundraising credits are utilized before our annual recital.

Any remaining balance in your account at the end of the competition season can be applied to tuition or our summer program. Keep in mind that some members may exhaust their pre-competition payment funds by the third competition, especially if they have solos, duets, or participate in multiple routines.

If a company member is unable to compete for any reason, they will still be responsible for the entry fees associated with that competition. Please note that there are no refunds for competition entry fees.

To compete in the 2025/2026 season, your account must be in good standing. Participation in competitions is not permitted if tuition, costumes, miscellaneous fees, or entry fees are unpaid prior to the event. This policy will be strictly enforced.

**Important Notes for the Upcoming Season: **
-We will be attending a National event in 2026, with the exception of the Mini, Ruby, and Emerald Companies.
- We encourage you to take full advantage of fundraising opportunities throughout the season, as they significantly help to offset competition fees.

**2025/2026 New Company Fees: **
- **New Ruby Company: ** $90.00 per month (July, August, September, October & November)

- **New Emerald Company: ** $90.00 per month (July, August, September, October & November)

- **Sapphire Hip Hop Company: ** $125.00 per month (July, August, September); $90.00 per month (October, November, January)

- **Diamond Hip Hop Company: ** $125.00 per month (July, August, September); $90.00 per month (October, November, January)

- **Mini Company: ** $90.00 per month (September, October, November, January)

- **Petite Company: ** $125.00 per month (July, August, September); $90.00 per month (October, November, January)

- **Junior Company: ** $250.00 per month (July, August, September); $165.00 per month (October, November, January)

- **Teen/Senior Company: ** $290.00 per month (July, August, September); $200.00 per month (October, November, January)

- **Senior/Senior Elite Companies: ** $290.00 per month (July, August, September); $200.00 per month (October, November, January)

If you do not plan to return to the Company for the 2025/2026 season, please let us know as soon as possible.
